“THE LAST STAND Day” in Miami - PHOTOS
Yesterday, at 5:15pm inside the chambers of City Hall, the Mayor of the city of Miami Tomás Regalado presented Rodrigo Santoro, Luis Guzmán and Genesis Rodriguez each with a key to the city and proclaimed Thursday, January 10, 2013 to be “THE LAST STAND Day” in Miami.
“The Last Stand” talent said a few words on behalf of the film to thank the Mayor and the city of Miami for their support. City commissioners, city officials and law enforcement were present along with press.
Following the proclamation, at 7pm at the Paragon Grove 13, Univision Radio DJ Enrique Santos, host of the popular “Enrique Santos Show” on Univision radio WRTO-FM introduced the talent at a special screening held for city officials and local law enforcement, in partnership with the Hispanic Police Officer’s Association (HPOA) of South Florida. The talent welcomed everyone in attendance and especially recognized the law enforcement in attendance, thanking them for taking a stand against crime in their own communities.
