Sony Pictures’ “Uncharted” Now Playing Exclusively in Movie Theaters
Sony’s Uncharted, starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg, is playing exclusively in movie theaters Friday, February 18. Entertainment Affair had the chance to catch an early screening and we can say the movie had a surprising amount of really cool, completely over-the-top action sequences that we found fully entertaining. Holland gives it all he's got, providing a charming, likable performance that's easily the highlight of the film. Definitely worth checking out whether you're a fan of the game or not.
Uncharted introduces audiences to street-smart Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) and showcases his first treasure-hunting adventure with wisecracking partner Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg). Inspired by the acclaimed video game series, this action-adventure epic spans the globe and follows Nate and Sully as they embark on the dangerous pursuit of “the greatest treasure never found” while also tracking clues that may lead to Nate’s long-lost brother.
Directed by Ruben Fleischer (Venom, Zombieland: Double Tap), the film also stars Sophia Ali, Tati Gabrielle, and Antonio Banderas.
