One of Puerto Rico’s most beloved entertainers, comedian Johnny Ray, surprises everybody once more with his “official brand of happiness,” but this time with a Latin Pop song written and performed by him.

Tú No Eres Como Yo is inspired by the song of the same name written by singer-songwriter, Alberto Carrión and originally sung by the great Danny Rivera as part of a PSA for television during the 1970’s. The song is just as current now as it was back then. Even more so with a new musical arrangement by Elvin Torres Serrant (Límite-21) and new lyrics written by Ray. Johnny (in an ode to “Le Petit Prince”) takes us on a 3 min. fantastic journey through different worlds while singing about the social problems and lack of understanding between human beings. The song however, promotes diversity, acceptance and positivity within a context of different musical genres and danceable rhythms.
