More than 300 passionate fans watched Bosnian Rainbows deliver a high-energy performance this past Friday at Red Bull Music Academy Panamérika show held at Los Globos in Silver Lake, CA.  The surprise show was announced last Wednesday via Twitter on @Panmerika and only open to fans who RSVP'd to attend.

Teri Gender Bender's dramatic stage performance had fans in a trance as the band performed all-new music from their recently released and highly acclaimed self-titled debut album.  Fans chanted the lyrics to "Torn Maps," "Turtle Neck," and other songs during the forty minute set the band played at Red Bull Music Academy Panamérika show, leaving the fans wanting more after the band finished their set.

Bosnian Rainbows is comprised of renowned bandmates, Omar Rodriguez-Lopez (Mars Volta), Teri Gender Bender (Le Butcherettes), Deantoni Parks (Mars Volta) and Nicci Kasper (KRS-ONE). The four-piece ensemble is no less adventurous or fearless than the music the four of them have previously released. The reference points are wild and varied: early 80s post-punk and new wave, corrosive synth-pop, and Peter Gabriel's So album being a noteworthy influence.

The special event was produced by Red Bull Music Academy Panamérika, one of the largest resources for curated cutting-edge music on the web, in partnership with other two key players in the music scene: leading lifestyle Los Angeles magazine L.A. Canvas and Marshall Audio, a true legend in music amplification.

Fans who did not attend can listen to the full recording on www.panamerika.fm.
