Carlos Vives Releases 'Como Le Gusta A Tu Cuerpo' featuring Michel Teló
Prepares for the release of his upcoming album, "Corazón Profundo"
International superstar, Carlos Vives is gearing up for an unstoppable year with the release of his new single titled, "Como Le Gusta a Tu Cuerpo" featuring Brazilian artist Michel Teló available now on iTunes. This marks the second single off the Colombian singer's highly anticipated upcoming album, "Corazon Profundo" due out April 23rd.
"Como Le Gusta A Tu Cuerpo" was written and produced by Carlos Vives and award winning producer, Andres Castro. A masterpiece in the making, the song was recorded over time between Los Angeles, Miami, and Brazil combining Vives' signature vallenato sound with melodic rhythm. The unique collaboration between Carlos Vives and Michel Teló brings together a one-of-a-kind sound combining both Spanish and Portuguese lyrics and multicultural sounds to create an undeniable hit which will surely find itself at the top of the charts.
"Michel was always an admirer of La Provincia, my musical project, and I always found a connection with Michel's work. Although I've never collaborated with another artist, I accepted the invitation that Michel made me to do a song together. It was a song born in search of the connections between Colombian and Brazilian music," explains Carlos.
Recognized as one of the most acclaimed artists of our time, Carlos Vives is credited in opening the doors of Latin music to the world. Following an 8 year hiatus, Vives made his return as #1 following the worldwide success of his first single, "Volvi a Nacer" off his upcoming album. Debuting at #1 in the US , Puerto Rico and Colombia upon its release last September, as well as reaching #1 in Mexico and Venezuela, it became known not only as an anthem, but as "The Song of 2012".
