mun2, the leading Hispanic cable network for adults 18-34, will premiere DUB Latino, a half-hour, weekly car culture and entertainment lifestyle magazine TV series, on Sunday, October 28 at 11 p.m. EST/10 p.m. CST. The series will be hosted by Regional Mexican music superstar Gerardo Ortiz and will feature segments with model Magda Angel. In its premiere episode DUB goes from speed to classic: Latin music superstar Prince Royce is stylin’ behind the wheel of the incomparable Maserati on the way to flying high over Miami; boxer Victor Ortiz keeps it real in California, letting DUB Latino be the first to take a sneak peek at his mind-blowing 1970 Chevy El Camino rebuild. Additional features include Angel at the DUB auto show in LA; Pa Que Sepan or ‘how-to’ segments so viewers will get the right advice on choosing the right wheels for their car; a behind-the-scenes look at the sexy models of Monster at their photo shoot, plus hot cars, hot girls and a hot Go Kart Racing Challenge featuring Latin music sensation, the Tribal musical group 3ball MTY.
The series is produced in conjunction with DUB magazine, the original automotive lifestyles magazine, and has been shot on-location throughout the U.S. The series is Executive Produced by Myles Kovacs, President & Co-Founder, DUB Magazine, and Gloria Medel Solomons for mun2. “DUBRace” will be the theme song for the series, produced by trendsetting Latin DJ/Producers Toy Selectah and Sheeqo Beat, courtesy of Sones Del Mexside, Inc.
