It has been an incredible year for Chino y Nacho and following this morning's Latin Grammy nominations, things are continuing to look up. The Venezuelan duo was nominated for Best Tropical Song for their single, El Poeta off their sophomore album, "Supremo".

This marks the duo's 2nd Latin Grammy nomination of their career, winning their first ever nomination for Best Urban Music Album in 2010 for their debut album, Nina Bonita. "El Poeta" was the first single off their second album, "Supremo" which was released in October 2011. El Poeta was written and produced by Chino y Nacho.

The Latin Recording Academy's nominations were announced live via web stream from the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles, CA this morning. The 13th Annual Latin Grammy Awards will be aired live on Univision from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, NV on Thursday November 15, 2012.
